It is understood that unanticipated events happen
occasionally in everyone’s life. In a desire to be effective and fair to
all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This
allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If
you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50%
of your scheduled services. Appointments that are scheduled on the day
of the appointment (same day appointments) require a minimum 1 hour
notice for cancellation. If you are unable to provide a 1 hour notice
for cancellation of a same day appointment the 50% fee will apply. This
amount must be paid before your next appointment will be scheduled.
If a check is returned due to non-funds, an additional $15 fee will be
applied in addition to bank charges.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to
accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the
length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible to pay
for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your
therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time or
a few minutes early. Five minutes early is recommended in order to get
your full "hands on" time. This allows time to check in with the
therapist about your current bodywork goals, disrobe, and be on the
table by your appointment time.
